The Barn Owls and Their Sound
Founded in 2023 by in Southern California, The Barn Owls share a deep knowledge and understanding of the rich history associated with artists from the 1920's, 30's and 40's, such as Muddy Waters, Willie Dixon, Little Walter and many others who were influenced by music in the USA, Europe and other parts of the world.
They create that Mississippi Delta/Chicago blues sound using the vintage gear used by artists of that genre. Tube amplifiers, slide guitar, microphones help create that sound so often associated with the original blues artists.
